Operational Analyst Job, Current Accounting Jobs In Kenya,

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of client’s static data in the system. 
• Daily processing of client instructions such as contributions, withdrawal, redemption of units, and reconciliation of client accounts daily.   
• Prepare and dispatch instructions to the custodians.
• Liaise with custodians for resolution of reconciliation issues. 
• End-of-day processes for purposes of generating pricing. 
• Analyse, consolidate and present production reports weekly and monthly. 
• Dispatch of client statements. 
• Participate and attend scheduled trustee meetings. 
• Maintain a log of client complaints for onward resolution. 
• Prepare and dispatch instructions to the custodians.
• Generate agent commission monthly statements for onward approval. 
• Generate reports on regulatory fees for payment. 
• Build and maintain strategic alliances for business growth with intermediaries and industry stakeholders. 
• Constantly updating clients on new and existing products. 
• Liaising with the various departments to ensure timely service delivery to the clients. 
• Provide the necessary documents and ensure returns to the regulators are filled within the required timeframes. 
• Any other tasks that may be assigned to him during this transition period. 

Requirements

• Must have a Business-related or equivalent Degree from a recognized institution. 
• Certification or pursuing CFA, CPA, CISA, CCMS, ICIFA, or ACCA is an added advantage.
• Understanding of unit trust operations
• Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
• Creative approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions. 
• Understanding of the working environment /competitors 
• Technical competence in asset management operations Know the regulatory environment and have a thorough understanding of the Capital Markets products and services.
