Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting a risk assessment for the development of annual internal audit plans
  • Assure that operations and processes conform to current KCB group policies and procedures
  • Identify controls and processes weaknesses, document main control points, and provide evidential support for report recommendations
  • Assure that the organization‘s objectives and goals will be achieved efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain respectful and effective communications and relationships with key stakeholders
  • Present to the area management the results, recommendations, and conclusions of the audit reviews
  • Analyze operational and management processes and system controls effectiveness and efficiency in view to improve them and propose value-adding recommendations.

Qualifications

Academic & Professional

  • Bachelor’s Degree In A Business related course
  • CPA (K)/ACCA/CISA/CIA    

Experience
Total Minimum No of Years Experience Required

  • 5 years in an Audit Position 
  • 3 years in Banking  Operations
  • Data Analytics    3 years
  • Automated auditing tools and documentation platforms    3 years
  • Stakeholder Management    3 years
