Job Description

• Lead detailed negotiations with customers, and obtain commitment to implement appropriate strategies and actions to improve Business and Bank risk concerns. 
• Recommend new lending propositions, strategies, and actions demonstrating well-thought-out decisions and judgment for deals within discretion, undertake analysis and recommendations for decisions above discretion.
• Proactively develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders including regulators. Build and develop relationships across the bank to break down silos and maximize business growth. 
• Develop and maintain cooperative relationships between stakeholders on the client value chain and manage any direct reports.
• Develop and implement recovery strategies and action plans for each non-performing debt.
• Reduction of non-performing debts through aggressive recoveries and viable restructuring options.
• Full compliance with Credit policies and CBK prudential guidelines.
• Minimize recovery costs through vetting of invoices and upfront fee negotiations.
• Coach, guide and motivate staff to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Recovery of debts written-off in line with the Prudential Guidelines

Qualifications

Academic & Professional

• Bachelor’s Degree  in any relevant area
• Professional Qualifications  in  any relevant area 
• Masters Degree in any relevant area 

Experience
