Vacancy: Training Officer-Data Analysis

We conduct both physical and online trainings in different fields such as Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Public Speaking, Strategic Leadership, and many others. So far, we have trained more than 10,000 professionals in 25 countries in Africa.

We are looking for a results oriented Training Officer-Data Analysis, to join our vibrant team on a full time basis. 

Overall objective of the position

The Training Officer will take up both Business Development, Training and Consultancy roles in Data Analysis Subjects.

Relevant qualifications:

• You have a Degree in ICT, Statistics or related disciplines. A masters degree will be an added advantage
• You have a Certificate in either SPSS, Advanced Excel, Ms Projects etc
• You are an experienced trainer in data analysis and statistical subjects. You view training as a calling, and you are able to engage participants throughout a training session.
• You are experienced in selling Training and Consultancy products. You have a strong personality and are capable of closing deals.
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Ms Excel and PowerPoint
• You are highly flexible, and can travel for training assignments on short notice, including outside the country. You can also train evening programs up to 9.30pm.
• You have a positive attitude towards work, and challenges excite you. 
• You are a numbers person, and can demonstrate your past performance using data.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Business development roles, including developing proposals, calling clients, providing relevant information regarding assigned programs
• Achieve set sales targets for assigned training programs
• Develop training content in your area of expertise
• Train participants (both physical and online)
• Organize and implement training programs across the continent (including being physically present in these countries)
• Ensure 100% client satisfaction through continuous support
• Any other task allocated in line with job requirements
