Job description

  • Main point of contact on all IT-related services for the company (I.T rep)
  • Defining and monitoring the I.T process.
  • Implementation and Managing of Company ERP Systems
  • Continually seeking opportunities to increase staff and client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Coordinating the training of staff on how to use the company systems.
  • Mentoring and training new ICT staff.
  • Coordinating implementation of new systems.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, print services, email provision and database implementation
  • Coordinating with service providers to ensure proper service delivery to the organization.
  • Ensuring the security of data from internal and external network attacks
  • Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems by resolving in a timely fashion.
  • Advising the business about acquisition of new systems and assets related to I.T when preparing budgets
  • Assist in hiring of new talent to join the I.T or related department.
  • Recommending information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
  • Keeping up with the latest technologies.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in IT related field
  • Understanding and application of IT support programs
