Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implementing human resource management decisions within existing rules, regulations, and procedures;
  • Processing information relating to recruitment, promotion, leave, transfer, and exit documents;
  • Preparing agenda for the human resource management advisory committee;
  • Updating payroll and complement data;
  • Assisting in the assessment of training needs for all cadres of staff;
  • Collating and compiling training applications;
  • Collating staff performance appraisals;
  • Updating the human resource information system; and
  • Drafting routine correspondences.

Requirements for Appointment

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: – Human Resource Management, Sociology, Economics, Public/Business Administration, or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
