Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in law. 
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management is an added advantage. 
  • 1 year’s experience in a similar role. 
  • Experience in HR Compliance is an added advantage.
  • Certificate of good conduct. 
  • Proficient computer literacy. 

Job Role

  • Work closely with the organization’s HR and legal counsel to address legal issues and provide input on legal strategy
  • Conduct legal research to understand the implications of new laws and regulations on HR policies and practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for HR staff and other employees to ensure understanding and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participation and involvement in Disciplinary cases within the organization.
  • Involvement in court cases and mediation.
  • Stay involved in industry associations and networks to stay informed about legal trends and advocate for favorable policies.
  • Sourcing and receiving evidence from the security department and other sources. 
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.
