Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in law.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
- 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
- Experience in HR Compliance is an added advantage.
- Certificate of good conduct.
- Proficient computer literacy.
Job Role
- Work closely with the organization’s HR and legal counsel to address legal issues and provide input on legal strategy
- Conduct legal research to understand the implications of new laws and regulations on HR policies and practices.
- Conduct training sessions for HR staff and other employees to ensure understanding and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Participation and involvement in Disciplinary cases within the organization.
- Involvement in court cases and mediation.
- Stay involved in industry associations and networks to stay informed about legal trends and advocate for favorable policies.
- Sourcing and receiving evidence from the security department and other sources.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.
