The role is responsible for the administration of NCBA Group policies from onboarding, retention & cross-selling. The incumbent is additionally tasked with the acquisition of new business & organic growth.

Ideal Job Specifications

Academic Qualifications:

•  University degree ( Preference given to a Business related degree or B.Com Insurance)

Professional Qualifications:

•  Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance and/or other insurance qualification

Work Experience:

•  Minimum of 5 years experience in Bancassurance or insurance industry
•  Operations experience
•  Business development experience
•  Prior management experience preferred
