Receptionist cum Cashier Job Home Ventures

Salary: Kshs 15k – 18k,

Home Ventures is seeking to hire a Receptionist cum Cashier  who will be tasked with the following

Responsibilities 

• Greeting customers with a great attitude.
• Keying in daily payments in the system.
• Managing and reconciling transactions with customers using the rental management system.
• Scanning vacant units and ensuring pricing is accurate.
• Collecting payments whether in cash or cheque.
• Answering calls and responding to customer questions.
• Keying in water meter readings at the beginning of the month.
• Cross-sell products and introduce new tenants to the rental management system.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Field visits as directed.
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
• Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Any other duty as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting / Finance /ATC.
• At least two (2) years working in a service-oriented industry.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Computer proficiency, Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent communication, customer-service and time management skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
