Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and manage an after-sales service team.
- Daily management of the after-sales service department.
- Develop and implement after-sales service strategies and plans.
- Establish customer service standards and optimize service processes.
- Quickly and effectively deal with customer complaints and suggestions and maintain a good company image.
- Control the quality of after-sales service.
- Organize after-sales service marketing and publicity activities to improve the company’s visibility and influence.
- Collect and analyze the after-sales service data and formulate improvement measures.
- Cost control and improve the economic benefits of after-sales service.
Key Requirements
- College degree or above in Automobile maintenance/ Automobile engineering/ Mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Preferably speak a little Chinese.
- 3 years of working experience in automobile maintenance service.
- Management experience in automobile maintenance service team.
- Familiar with the local maintenance market conditions.
- Understand local after-sales service policies and regulations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
