Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and manage an after-sales service team.
  • Daily management of the after-sales service department.
  • Develop and implement after-sales service strategies and plans.
  • Establish customer service standards and optimize service processes.
  • Quickly and effectively deal with customer complaints and suggestions and maintain a good company image.
  • Control the quality of after-sales service.
  • Organize after-sales service marketing and publicity activities to improve the company’s visibility and influence.
  • Collect and analyze the after-sales service data and formulate improvement measures.
  • Cost control and improve the economic benefits of after-sales service.

Key Requirements

  • College degree or above in Automobile maintenance/ Automobile engineering/ Mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Preferably speak a little Chinese.
  • 3 years of working experience in automobile maintenance service.
  • Management experience in automobile maintenance service team.
  • Familiar with the local maintenance market conditions.
  • Understand local after-sales service policies and regulations.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
