TUM Technologist II – Public Health Job

Reporting To: Chief Technologist

Professional Requirements

  • Must possess Diploma in Public Health from an accredited and recognized Institution.
  • Must have at least three (3) years relevant work experience at Grade 6N OR position of comparable duties and responsibilities.
  • Must be registered and actively affiliated with Public Health Officers and Technicians Council (PHOTC) and in good standing.
  • Must provide evidence of computer literacy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of practical classes/courses and keeping of student records, practical allocation and loss/breakage records
  • Collection and preparation of teaching and research materials
  • Ensure that the laboratory, glass ware and equipment are clean and available for the next practical
  • Assist in student projects and research activities
  • Assisting Students during laboratory/workshop practical sessions
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
