Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will include: 

  • Developing, Analyzing, designing, coding, testing, implementing computer programs providing user support;  
  • Maintaining support systems and training of users; 
  • Repairing and maintaining of Information Communication Technology equipment and associated peripherals; 
  • Receiving, installing and certifying of Information Communication Technology equipment; 
  • Configuring of new Information Communication Technology equipment.

Requirements for Appointment

  • For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Software Engineering, or any other ICT related discipline with a bias in software development from a recognized Institution; 

Terms of service: 3 yrs. Contract Salary: As Prescribed by Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC)
