Key Duties & Responsibilities    


  • Supervise cooler maintenance teams.
  • Provide definite training for Cooler Technicians as per the requirement.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records.
  • Ensure proper visibility of coolers through reports.
  • Meet the set performance indicators in CDE maintenance.
  • Manage staff development and performance.
  • Stakeholder management


  • Ensure Quality requirements.
  • Enforce Coca-Cola EOSH standards.
  • Adhere to safety requirements. 
  • Ensure all PPE are delivered on time and properly used by Cooler Technicians.

Cost Optimisation

  • Ensure Repair and Maintenance costs are within budget.
  • Manage variable costs.
  • Raise purchase requisition for CDE spare parts.
  • Analyse spare parts consumption trends.

Skills, Experience & Education
