Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site, role for a Program Officer, responsible for developing and executing programs for a range of impact partners. The PO will manage assigned programs, oversee workplans and budgets, resource and supervise team members, develop compelling communications, and ensure compliance with program guidelines and regulations. S/he will also monitor and evaluate program progress and create reports.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience coordinating a portfolio of projects
  • Exposure to full life cycle of partner services, from proposal through delivery and reporting
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Prolific and versatile writer able to produce both casual copy and analytical, long-form pieces
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preference for dynamic, culturally diverse environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
