Adalia Properties Management & Supplies Finance Assistant Job

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable processes
  • Assist in financial reporting and analysis
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records
  • Track and manage expenses including processing reports
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Previous experience in finance or accounting roles preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Quick books)
  • Unquestionable integrity
  • Must be 25years and above.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
