As our HR Operations & Administration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: From recruitment and onboarding to engagement, development, and off-boarding, you’ll ensure a seamless experience for all employees.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Uphold and implement our HR policies, spearhead compliance initiatives, and manage legal activities in coordination with your managers.
  • Administrative Support: Handle contract management, employee records, benefits administration, and manage travel and expenses, ensuring operational excellence.
  • HR Operations Support: Lead HR projects, provide insightful reports on personnel activities, and support our HR Manager in day-to-day operations, contributing to the smooth running of our HR department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kenyan employment law.
