- Establish clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team’s success.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing, motivated team to exceed organizational goals.
- Manage the supply, installation, and overall delivery of solar water heaters and heat pumps with precision and quality.
- Conduct on-site assessments, offering technical guidance and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Optimize project efficiency by managing budgets, resources, and timelines for maximum profitability.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and timeliness.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and products, enhancing customer value.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, covering sales, revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics.
- Analyze market trends and competitor actions to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Provide insightful recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience, particularly in senior management roles within the renewable energy industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to drive performance and innovation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of solar water heating systems and related technologies.
