Lubricants Key Accounts Coordinators Job Galana Oil Kenya Ltd

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically prospect and acquire new business and customers to grow volumes in B2B segments.
  • Manage relationships with customers through regular and planned visits to enhance and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Coordinate sales promotions for lubricants and conduct product merchandising at sales outlets.
  • Monitor market condition, trends, and competitor activities for analysis and reporting.
  • Implement marketing programmes and spearhead lubricants brand building, advertising and sales promotion in the region.
  • Identify customer training needs on lubricants and facilitate the implementation of the training.
  • Maintain customer database and sales records for the region.
  • Coordinate technical services such as lubrication audits/ surveys and progressive oil analysis as may be required by customers from time to time.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Engineering or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Lubricants sales.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Lubricants technical knowledge.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Relationship management and networking skills.
