Key Responsibilities
- Strategically prospect and acquire new business and customers to grow volumes in B2B segments.
- Manage relationships with customers through regular and planned visits to enhance and grow existing customer accounts.
- Coordinate sales promotions for lubricants and conduct product merchandising at sales outlets.
- Monitor market condition, trends, and competitor activities for analysis and reporting.
- Implement marketing programmes and spearhead lubricants brand building, advertising and sales promotion in the region.
- Identify customer training needs on lubricants and facilitate the implementation of the training.
- Maintain customer database and sales records for the region.
- Coordinate technical services such as lubrication audits/ surveys and progressive oil analysis as may be required by customers from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Lubricants sales.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Lubricants technical knowledge.
- Creative problem solving.
- Relationship management and networking skills.
