Key Responsibilities

• Enhance Quality of Academic: Uphold a high standard of education, ensuring students receive an academically rigorous, engaging curriculum.
• Executes the academic policies and procedures for all academic and support staff.
• Implements and evaluates the application of existing policies and ensures the effective implementation of all policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications and Experience Required

• Minimum Qualification: Registration with TSC, Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field. 
• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership/Management is highly preferred.
• Experience: minimum 10-15 years of relevant teaching and at least 5 years of leadership
• experience in a school setting; previous experience in an international school or working with international curricula is an advantage.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to foster teamwork and a positive working environment.
