Position Summary
We are looking for a Lead Generation (Fiber Optic Solutions) Specialist to support our Sales team by building a strong sales pipeline. The successful candidate will conduct research, identify and qualify leads, engage potential customers, and maintain an up-to-date CRM database, focusing on B2B sales in the fiber optic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consumer research to identify potential leads
  • Initiate contact with potential leads through cold calling and other outreach methods
  • Qualify leads and hand them over to the Sales team for follow-up
  • Maintain and update the lead generation database within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategies for optimizing lead conversion

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a sales or lead generation role
  • Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Strong research skills to identify and qualify new leads
  • Proficiency in cold calling with the ability to establish initial contact effectively
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic technical knowledge of fiber optic solutions is an advantage
