Human Resource Assistant Job Othaya Mukurweni Water Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain updated staff records in an accurate and timely manner and ensure their safe custody
  • Compile, review, inform, monitor and maintain annual staff leave schedule.
  • Implementation of the various acts and laws relating to staff
  • Assisting in payroll administration
  • Assisting in preparing human resources data for future recruitment and performance appraisal.
  • Assist in filing of office documents and coordinate office file movements.
  • Assist in preparing the human resource and administration budget components for the company.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings effectively by ensuring proper setup of the meeting venues and
  • reorganization of the venues, staff team building and outdoor and sports activities.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications

  • A diploma in human resources management.
  • Membership to the Institute of Human Resource Management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
  • At least 3 years relevant-HR related work experience after graduation.
  • Good Planning, interpersonal, Communication and Reporting Skills
