The insurance company has opportunities for Five (5) Fresh University Graduates from all disciplines to join  their team of professionals as Graduate Apprentices’

The opportunity is put in place to  groom fresh talent of different academic disciplines into future leaders.

The Graduate Apprentice Program lasts for eighteen months during which trainees work as full time employees and receive extensive training, whilst they perform their role and in real work situations.

To join the Graduate Apprentice Program, applicants are expected to have met the following minimum requirements:-

• Have attained a Bachelors degree with a minimum of second class honours upper division from a recognized university and must have graduated in 2013 or graduating in 2014
• Applicants should possess excellent communication skills both written and oral;
• Demonstrate innovation and creativity
• Demonstrate problem solving and negotiating skills;
• Have Excellent IS skills;
• Evidence of holding positions of responsibility
• Able to demonstrate planning and organizing skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work in a team and have interpersonal skills;
