Counsel (Transactions) – 2 Posts Job Nairobi City County Public Service Board

Job Requirements

A person shall be qualified for appointment to the position of Counsel County Transactions if that person; –

  • Holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized University.
  •  Is a practicing Advocate of the High court of at least four years post admission experience.
  • Holds a valid practicing certificate.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates professional competence in work performance and results.

Job Description

  • Drafting County legal instruments.
  • Offering legal advice to County Sectors on procurement matters.
  • Drawing up conveyancing instruments on behalf of the County sectors and entities.
  • Advising County sectors, departments and entities on procurement.
  • Vetting contracts, agreements and land conveyance instruments for and on behalf of the County Government and its entities.
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
