Receptionist/Cashier – 2 Positions Job Topking Tyre Center

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Cashier to be the first point of contact for our customers and handle all transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding services, products and pricing.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage the service appointment calendar ensuring optimal scheduling of services and efficient use of technician time.
  • Process cash and card transactions accurately, issue receipts and maintain accurate records of transactions, ensure the security of cash and adhere to all financial policies.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels for products and supplies for sale ensuring stocks are replenished as needed.
  • Ensure that the reception, waiting and service areas are clean, organized and welcoming at all times promoting a positive first impression for customers.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails and maintaining organized customer records.
  • Ensure all service orders are accurately recorded and processed, including customer details, vehicle information and services requested.
  • Ensure that customers feel comfortable and welcome during their visit by addressing their needs promptly and creating a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction with services received and remind customers of upcoming appointments.
  • Sales Promotion: Assist in promoting special offers, new products and services to customers as appropriate.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Office Management or a relevant field
  • Proven experience as a receptionist/ cashier or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry
  • Experience in a sales role is preferred, demonstrating the ability to promote products and services effectively and achieve sales targets
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic finance skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Proficient in using office software
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
